How to move your driver Intelliapp to the front of the line

When it comes to processing applications there are typically 3 types of applications. Thorough, pretty thorough, and then there's the hot mess. Thorough applications provide addresses and phone numbers of all driving jobs (required). When they are left off of the application then the processor has to, or can choose to, get online and track them down. Some drivers may feel that this is job security for the processor. Well, this may be true, but so are the thorough applications. Which one do you think will be worked first?
I was working an application the other day that had 12 driving jobs over 10 years. DOT requires that all of those driving jobs have addresses. Not 1 single solitary job had an address or phone number on it. That is not so bad if the companies they worked for are easily recognizable, I can pull them up online and put them in, but this was not the case. The majority of these trucking companies were small and/or owner operators. Additionally, the names of the companies were off. E.g., driver provided XYZ Trucking instead of XYZ Transportation and I was pulling up several XYZ's. A couple of them I just wasn't pulling anything up with the name provided. I reached out to the driver a few times to clarify and no answer. At a minimum you should be providing phone numbers of your past employers, best case is that I can pull up the correct company with the phone number. Make sure you have good phone numbers. I can't count how many times I have called phone numbers off of an application that were the wrong phone number or a disconnected phone number.
It is imperative, at the very minimum, that the last 3 years of your application is thoroughly and accurately completed, those are the companies we have to actually call and document. I could not even find any companies with the name he provided on 2 of the jobs in the last 3 years and I couldn't get him on the phone.
So here is where the driver did not do himself any favors on the application. The company only needed 3 drivers for a pretty sweet little dedicated account. I understand not being able to reach the driver when calling, I know drivers are busy, but had he sent me a thorough application I would not even need to call until I had everything wrapped up and the application approved. By the time his application was done, the dedicated account was full. One more tip. Make sure if it is one of the autofill companies that pops up while you are doing an application it is actually the one you worked for. I had a driver that worked for a company called Titan Transportation but selected Titan Transfer in the autofill app when the box popped up. When we sent it to Titan Transfer they said he never worked for them, that took a few days. Once we realized he had the wrong company and sent it to the correct company, a week had passed by the time the correct company sent his VOE back to us. The local job he was going after was full by the time his application was completed. If you need to clean up your driver Intelliapp that keeps auto-filling bad information download the Driver Pulse App and put in the correct information through your personal app. I understand it can be tedious but have a seat, grab a cup of coffee and knock it out. I can clean up the Intelliapp you send me but this does not clean it up across the board. Every time you autofill it for somebody else it will still be auto-filling the bad information and that new person receiving it has to clean it up. Once cleaned up through your personal Driver Pulse App, it should autofill correctly from there. Below are some instructions on how you can do that. https://support.tenstreet.com/hc/en-us/articles/4720948237851-How-do-I-update-my-application-information-
