The Application
Driver applications are routinely missing information and need to be updated. We will update the application before it is ever sent, and we are incredibly thorough. We will pre-qualify, and then we will pre-qualify again.
The Candidate
We will approach our partnership with you as though we we work for you, not just with you. We will take the time to get to know the complexities of your entire operation. We will know everything about your freight, your equipment, your running lanes and beyond. The driver we send you will know everything about you and will be fully committed and motivated to join your team.

We want you to lean on us heavily when it comes to processing. Need an accident report? We'll get it. Slow VOE's? We will reach out to the companies to follow up. We understand the challenges when it comes to processing applications, and we want to make that as fast and as efficient as possible for your processing team. Additionally, we can offer full processing, reach out to discuss your individual needs.
Orientation
We understand that just because a candidate gets approved things don't stop there. We will stay in touch with the driver every step of the way and if the driver is not communicating at a high level, we will let you know. We will confirm the driver for orientation, and then we will confirm them again.
